Service terms

The AED 49 customer fee covers preparing your repair request, looking for relevant companies and organising the responses we receive. It does not guarantee a fixed number of quotations, availability, a successful repair or a final price.

Repair companies are independent businesses and remain responsible for their advice, quotations, inspections and work. Check the scope, timing, warranty and final price with the company before work begins.

When you select a quotation, the company may be asked to pay a separate AED 49 fee before contact details are exchanged. If it declines or does not complete that step in time, you can return to your comparison and choose again.
